- Do you know that in Denmark, they sing not just a family get together or at informal gatherings, but also before business meeting? Why? It's because this act of doing something together can actually create a sense of togetherness. In this case, it's singing songs that they all know. Now it's the same effect that we see in military marching. The reality is that marches have very little function in our military battles today, but they're still a part of the routine.
