- Regardless of how we do the work, we need people to lead the work. And now that we're going to do the work in a hybrid manner we need leaders that are ready to lead in a hybrid workforce. Are your leaders ready? Are you ready? How skilled are your leaders? How skilled are you? Think back to when we were remote, how were people doing then? If your leaders were struggling in a remote work setting, trust me they're going to struggle even more in a hybrid setting. If you were hoping that going back to hybrid because they're going to see some of the people some of the time, was going to make it all better, first of all, remember how were they leading back then. But don't assume that it's going to be easier because it's not going to be easier.
