- Let me ask you a question. Who does the work? It's the team members that do most all of the work, right? They've done it in every other way you've worked before, and they're certainly going to continue to be folks doing the heavy lifting in a hybrid work model. Are they ready to do work effectively in this new model? That's the question for this video. Question first is how did folks do remotely? Were they surviving or were they thriving? Were they having struggles or not? If they had struggles, they're going to have struggles in a hybrid model. It's not going to be easier. It might be even more complex. Do they have the mindset of and the emotions and the psychological readiness to change? And do they have the skills that are needed? More importantly, do they know what will be expected?
