Thank you for coming. - So, so we hear it's your T-board section of the facility, so, explain what's going on in this area. - So the T-board is, an audit system. It's similar to a commission biotic system. So it's very similar, too. I mean, we just kind of like change the name around because of of the T's. So, the way it works is we have, it's an audit system. It's a standardized audit system so that all the leads, all the management could have the same audits in a standard way. So we have different audit points. We have the 5S, we have Safety, we have Quality, we have People, and we have On-Time and Flow. - [Ron] Okay. - So the way it works is we have a standard work for this and every day, there's a different audit that each person's supposed to perform.
