- There is a high probability that the candidates and clients you're targeting have had experience working with a recruiter, either as a job seeker or a hiring authority. When you present the services you offer differently, it can cause confusion about what they should expect from you. For example, we presented a job opportunity to an HR generalist who had only worked for contract staffing firms.
