(mechanical thud) - All right, Rich, so I couldn't help but notice that there's a dog running around, in the factory here, and we see a sign about babies and dog crossing, so what's the story with babies here at Menlo? (laughs) - Yeah, it's been a long-standing tradition of ours, and let me tell you how it started. When Tracy was off on maternity leave for three months, she had her second child, Maggie, and she was on paid maternity leave. And after those three months, she came back and she came up to me, and said, "Rich, I'm ready to come back to work." And I said, awesome, we miss you, can't wait to have you back! And she said, "there's only one problem: Maggie's too young for daycare." And then she reflected on the fact that grandparents lived far away, so there was no sort of family support network that could take care of Maggie in the meantime, and she didn't know what to do.
