- You're the first black male CEO of a major organization or a company that we've had on Living Corporate. Right? Like, so we've had, we've had different senior leaders and executives and directors but you're the first CEO that we've had. Can we talk a little bit about the role that your previous experience, because you talked about it before, about you were a CEO before this. You had industry experience before coming to Great Place To Work and how your identity plays a role in some of the things that you do and the relationships you have to make and maintain in your current position. - Yeah. I think that a lot of times people will ask, like how did you get to be a CEO? And the answer is I started, you know, my own company in 1994.
