Belonging is an imperative
- Today we face unpredictable markets, exponential change, and unprecedented challenges and opportunities, and more than ever our people, their imaginations, their expertise, their hearts are our organization's most powerful assets. When they're able to bring the aspects of themselves that they value the most onto the team, that's when we can unleash their true potential. Research has shown that psychological safety is the biggest predictor of revenue growth. Hi, I'm Sanyin Siang. I'm a professor and an executive at Duke University, a leadership coach, and a mom. In all of these roles, creating that sense of belonging for my teams and myself is key to success, and I'm excited to share what I learned with you and to also learn from you. So join me on this course and together we'll discover new ways to foster that sense of belonging, and we'll also practice some strategies so that you can activate and sustain that for your team and for yourself and in the process, I hope we will also grow together.
