Ask this question of your boss, your coworkers or anyone you may report to. What's one thing I can do to make your job easier for you? Now this question should be asked genuinely, with the goal of helping the person understand you care about them and want to see them succeed. Only ask if if you intend to follow through on requests the other person makes. Now how can this increase the value of your time? Well when you increase the value of the people around you by making their jobs easier, they view you as someone who is valuable to others.
