Let's hear a little more about that. - [Guest] Energize is all about having the physical and mental energy to do the thing, to really bring your best attention to your work. And I think there is so much out there in the world about the ways to be more physically active, ways to eat better, ways to sleep better. And I think this new, certainly in the last few years, a lot of stuff feels like it's so intense. Our kind of principle is like look, if you just do a little, you get a huge amount of reward. Like just do a little, that's fine. And if your goal for getting more physical activity is that you want to improve your cardiovascular health or you want to live a few years longer, those are wonderful things, but they're very abstract, they're very far away.
