- A co-elevating team owns each other's success. Look to the person to your left on the tiles in front of you, who owns that person's success? You do. Does Joe own the coaching of Jane? Yes. Does Jane own the coaching of David, even if David's a leader? Yes. We own each other's coaching, we own each other's success. There are social contracts in all teams. Many team's social contract is, keep to yourself what you're thinking. No, the social contract we're going to create, recreate is say boldly what we're thinking in service of the mission and each other. The social contract will be rebooted and bulletproofing. This is one of the most powerful ways to reboot that social contract, and to give that coaching that we all need, that iterative ongoing coaching that a team needs to reboot its behavior.
