The experience was absolutely enjoyable and easy to understand. Since we witness a great deal of leaders who appear to put their personal interests ahead of doing the right thing, ethical leadership is an extremely important problem these days. However, the leaders who lead with integrity and a solid sense of morality are the ones who I have seen to be genuinely outstanding.
These morally upright leaders live up to their words as well as what they say. By their behavior, they follow by example, modeling the morals and ethics they demand of their team. They are willing to take hard positions that may not result in immediate financial benefits but are morally right. They also hold themselves and everyone else to the same high standards.
