- As a manager in today's workplace, there is no doubt you have encountered change and if you haven't, it's coming your way. The workplace is evolving and changing at a pace that we've never seen before. Often at the heart of this change are technology, competitive pressures and economic developments, all of which are predicted impacts our working lives at an increased speed in the future. As a manager, it's useful to know how people may respond to periods of change but it's important not to focus too heavily on the stages of change as this process may be different for everyone. Instead, I recommend you focus your attention on useful tools to help your team deal with continuous change and ambiguity whilst maintaining their productivity and performance.
