- One of my mentors likes to say, "We each have two ears and only one mouth. That means we should listen twice as much as we talk." When leading a team strengths meeting, managers often feel like they should do all the talking. And while it's true, you'll want to to work from an agenda. Your team strengths meetings will have the most impact if you listen twice as much as you talk.
