Salesforce, for example, has their "Ohana of Trailblazers," which is inclusive of their employees, customers, partners, and communities. Patagonia has an employee handbook called "Let My People Go Surfing," showing a deep commitment to flexibility and concern with taking care of their employees, customers, and, above all else, the planet.
