- [Meggie] Everyone's flawed, right? Like you're your idol, whoever you put on a pedestal, they've we'll go flawless and that's okay. And what I'll have realized, you know, throughout my career, I've done. I don't know if you've ever done Gallup strength finder training? I have a coach, Jason Biggs, who I work with who I am obsessed with. Has really changed my management style for the better. And he's really taught me about strengths and leaning into those strengths of mine. So I mentioned I hate finance and accounting. So I had to get, I've had to get my head around the fact that it's okay to pay someone else to do that because I could do it but it would probably take me 50 hours. Right. Whereas my amazing Diane from Just Nimble It, probably takes her three. So it's not a good allocation of resources coming back to basic economics for me to lean into those weaknesses. So what I do now is I lean into my strengths…
