- Regardless of where you are on your work from home strategy, you might want to consider a pilot program in order to increase performance. Here's some of the benefits. It gives you the opportunity to work out some kinks when you're introducing some new behaviors to a larger group. It also helps you with training your managers and your employees as they work in this new way. And it also helps to inform leadership, when they're trying to craft a policy that will relate to a larger group of people. So how do you start one?
