- We're operating in a global economy. And cultural differences can influence how recognition and rewards work. But, so do other things. Anthony, Kato, and Estelle were part of a management team for a hospitality organization in the US. Anthony was from Atlanta and played football in college. Kato grew up in Tokyo and was an eSports celebrity. Estelle grew up in Mexico and went to design school in Barcelona. Different backgrounds, different interests, from all over the world. We'll get to what these differences meant for Arjun, their boss. Arjun grew up in India and in the US.
