- The Inspirational Leader is consistent. And I think consistency is an underrated quality. Most people have probably never even thought about it, but what we want is for our boss, our leader, to be the same every day. I think there's a certain weakness in being variable. And it worries us if our leader is variable. If you don't know how they're going to react, it's scary. Is he in a good mood or a bad mood today? You know, we don't want to have to deal with that. So we want our leader to be the same every day, regardless of what's happened. So if things have gone wrong and there's been some problems, we want the leader to still be positive and to still have the vision. So we want them to always be the same, regardless of their home life as well. So maybe there are things happening at home. We want the ideal leader to leave that behind. It shouldn't affect them.
