(gentle music) - All right, welcome back. So far we learned about the supervisor's five needs and two instruction methods that didn't work out so well. Now it's time for us to get started with a more reliable instruction method, namely JI. In this module you'll learn about the four basic steps of Job Instruction and see a demonstration of the JI method in action. We'll start by explaining the steps. Then we'll use these steps in a training scenario. We'll finish up this module with a quick review of the key points of JI. All right, let's get started. The Job Instruction Method is very simple. It's also very deliberate. There are only four steps, but every aspect of the four steps is included intentionally and should never be skipped or overlooked.
