- Everyone on the team can be working hard, and we still may not be getting the results that we want. Have you ever been there? I mean, everyone seems busy, but it seems like at some level, we're spinning our wheels. We're not really getting exactly what we need to get or we don't seem to be getting it based on the effort that's being put in. So there are three kinds of outcomes or three kinds of results that we need, and they need to be in alignment for us to get where we ultimately need to be. So let's talk about each of the three. First, personal results. Each individual needs to be meeting their expectations, and hopefully, those job expectations are allowing them to get the results that are needed. Are they? Are we getting the personal individual results that we need? Second, team results. When we look at the collective team, are we getting the outputs that we need from the marketing group and from the sales team…
