- Let's talk about organizational habits to cultivate belonging. One is that of listening. In a meeting, this isn't just about listening to the participants who speak up. It's also actively listening for who is not saying anything, and then after that meeting, to seek that person out for their perspective. In the meeting, you may have people who are at ease piping up and sharing their thoughts.
