- After you've done your needs analysis and figured out what the issue is that you're addressing, it's time to create a project plan. This plan is something that will be presented to your stakeholders for approval and it's critical for getting everyone on the same page. Here are the must-have components to include in the plan. The issue or problem you're addressing. Basically, this is whatever's driving the training.
