- I have a coworker whose super strength is efficiency. He knows exactly how to use data to organize any project. And he always reminds me of his favorite quote from Dwight Eisenhower. "Plans are useless, but planning is indispensable." That's how I want you to think about creating your team's strengths plan. A lot of managers start to get stuck right about now. So it's important to remember, you're not aiming for a perfect plan. You'll create a first draft now and then give your team a chance to give input.
