- You're about to change the way work happens in your organization, which means everything you're about to decide impacts your organizational culture. Please, before you make your final decisions, consider your culture. Let's think first about how your culture has fared as you've been remote, how's it gone? Has the culture been helped or hindered? Has it been positive or not? Thinking back to that may help you think about what you need do culturally moving forward. Let me ask you this. Do you have an aspirational picture of the culture that you want? maybe you've created a statement or whatever, do you know and have you thought about what you want your organization to look like moving forward? If so, great. And so then I want you to take that aspirational culture and map it against the way you're now considering to do work.
