Culture change on your team: Co-create a solution
- To understand culture, you need to have clear themes to work with, those headlines that describe some common observations your people have made about their experience. And this is the part where, I think, participation gets really exciting. We're going to work through a way of breaking your team into groups and have them come up with ways to address the themes that you all created together. Start by making the main teams and headlines available for everyone to see, and then invite your team to volunteer to form sub-teams, let's call them culture squads, who will take responsibility for each of the themes. If you're working with a big team or a number of teams, ask one member of each squad to take on the role of culture champion. This person will be the active representative who will stay connected with you throughout the process. Then set them a mission to create at least one realistic solution that will help you progress…
