- Most people go a bit glassy eyed at the mention of data crunching, including me. So we are not going to try and win a Nobel prize for scientific advancement here. You really only need to pull two things from your data. The first is insight, to help you come up with some great ideas to change and improve your experience. And the second is some form of baseline, to equip you with an evaluation of your starting point, and then down the line, a measure to show that something has changed. So first let's think about that insight. When you've gathered all of the input you need, it's time to sort it into broad themes. Now, if you're wondering how on earth do I do that? Here are some tips. First we find one or two volunteers to help. This is not a step you can do as a big group, so ask for one or two people to represent the rest of the group in helping you.
