- So you're well on the road to making culture change happen in your team. And it might seem that your active role has diminished as you see your team members really taking charge. But it's vital that you keep the momentum of this going for as long as it takes. The only thing worse than avoiding action when culture change is needed, is taking action, and then not seeing it through. So although you might not feel actively involved in driving the activity, showing leadership and taking real accountability for seeing this through is perhaps the most important role you'll play in this whole process.
