- So you don't need me to tell you how to manage a project, but I do have some pearls of wisdom to make sure the making it happen part of your culture change journey goes as smoothly as possible. Firstly, keep it simple. Behavior change usually happens as a result of several small nudges. So if it's feeling overwhelming, remember this does not have to be a showstopper. Just focus on changing one thing. Get it right, and you'll be off to a great start. Second, keep in touch. If you're feeling brave and you're going after a few changes, make sure to organize regular touch points between the project teams. I always find that these solutions are iterative and often overlap with other projects in the mix. So make sure that you're all meeting regularly to align ideas and maybe even merge efforts.
