(whimsical music) - So, tell me more about this non-value added, value-added, what do you mean by all that? - Yeah, so this is where we actually teach any new team member on the difference between value and non-value. So the way we explain it is that value is only added when the product is changing, and the material is changing form. So when the knife blade is actually cutting through the fabric, that is value. So everything else is non-value. So our aim obviously is to reduce the non-value.
