- [Guest] Here's the beauty of STOP. We have found in three different studies, if people will go through this technique, and develop this habit of planning their days, and strategically engaging in how to set the schedule up in the front end of things, what they want to work on, their personal effectiveness can improve, at the low end, of 12%, at the high end, 33%, with the average being around 22.3%. Now, here's the catch, 25 minutes on a nine hour day is only 4.62% of your day. So I want somebody to make an empirical argument to me that they don't have time to do this. It's a small fraction of your day, it's 5% or less of your day.
