Defining the boom moment

This is an ah-ha or what we like to call a boom moment. Boom moments are those ah-ha moments created when someone discovers something inside them they never knew existed. It is a moment when a person experiences a new level of awareness or breakthrough by tapping into the potential within them. In the world of learning this is a clear sign that someone is engaged and has learned something they can apply to their work or life.
