- Learners are asking for instruction in order to meet challenges, they're looking for the power within information so they can act effectively. You know, there's actually something of magic embedded in good feedback. If you initially invite the learner to participate in challenges, instead of just delivering a lecture, when you get to the feedback, the learner is really going to appreciate your instruction far more. This is big folks. Feedback can be judgmental, it can be explanatory, or it can be consequential. Those are the three forms that we often talk about. When we reference feedback, I think most people think of judgemental feedback. It's immediate messages such as, that's right Ali, very good. Or no, no, you can do better.
