- Let's shine some light on some of the skills and strengths unique to our introverted colleagues. When you recognize these superpowers, you will be better able to nurture them in yourself if you're introverted and in your team members who identify this way. The first superpower is contemplation. Introverts love adventuring in their own mind, pondering big or complex ideas, and coming to solutions for sticky problems. For this reason, they're able to do deep creative thinking and are willing to put themselves out there publicly to deliver those messages or research that they have been cultivating. For example, Albert Einstein is known for his deep thought and complex problem-solving. Rosa Parks is another famous introvert.
