- The best time to identify potential problems with data is at the beginning of your analysis. This goes beyond cleaning your data. This is about making sure your team is aware of what problems might exist in the data even after it's been cleaned. Maybe there are correlations between data series that could interfere with your analysis or maybe some of the data's not been collected consistently even though it is clean in your data inputs. Additionally, there can be other problems, like maybe you want data that doesn't exist or you can't afford certain data and you have to make due without it. There can be many different limitations when you're working through a data project.
