Drafting your lean canvas

- The purpose of using a Lean Canvas is to be able to move quickly and efficiently, which means we're able to talk through how to create your own canvas with that same relative ease. Now you can find this template with a quick Google search for Lean Canvas. Let's start in the top left box. This is the Problems box. Here, you'll list one to three high priority problems that your customer has, the ones that you're going to solve. Below those, list the way that those problems are being solved today outside of your company. Next, we moved to the other side of the plan, because we need information from various sections to inform what we'll write in the others. So here, you'll list the customer segments you're targeting, and these can be existing customers to your business segmented by whether they're highly engaged or in a particular demographic.
