- I've been doing a lot of puzzles lately and remembering how fun it is to see an image takes shape as my husband and I slowly put all the pieces together. Self-development work can sometimes feel like a puzzle. We focused on certain pieces of the puzzle identifying our strengths, values and vision, for example, but we miss something if we only look at the individual pieces and don't take the time to step back and see the whole picture. Let's take a look at how we can pull the pieces of your leadership journey together in a single visual. You'll need to print out the leadership journey template and have some colored pencils and markers with you to begin. I recommend printing out the template at the full size of 11 by 17 so you have more room to get creative. I'll be drawing along with you.
