- Here's a common conference situation I'm in. I get in dressy clothes at 6:00 AM, heels and all, walk around a trade show all day, meetings, meetings, meetings and then a client suggest happy hour which turns into a five block walk in uncomfortable shoes and all I can think about is putting on my PJ's. The physical demands of rocking a conference come in a variety of ways. After the adrenaline of a busy conference day settles in, you are bound to look down at yourself and feel some sort of way. So I don't want you to be stressed out about what you're wearing, but of course your appearance is important for making good impressions. So in this lesson, I want to help you figure out what the heck to wear so that you feel confident and comfortable.
