- Congratulations. You've completed this course on leading strategically. Great job sticking with it. Now you should feel confident in assessing your organization's needs, figuring out how to balance those needs with your own and get down to the hard work of decision-making and follow through to create lasting organizational change. The last piece of advice I'd love to share with you is this. You have to align your leadership to the needs of your team, your organization, and yourself, taking the time to analyze and prepare before you lead is going to set you up for success.
