Chances are, when you did, your team felt connected, and it's likely because someone took the time and made the effort to establish solid bonds. In a study done by Clear Company, it found that 97% of employees and executives believe a lack of alignment within the team negatively impacts the outcome of a task or project. And 75% of employees rate teamwork and collaboration as very important. Solid bonds make you feel connected and produce positive business results.
