- I want you to take a moment and think back to a time where you were treated unfairly at work. Where was your manager while this was happening? What do you wish they would have done differently to help you? What do you think you might do as a manager in the same situation? When I was given the opportunity to present this course, I jumped at the chance, largely, because I wanted to talk to you about the ethical impact of your work as a manager.
