- Now that you know a little bit more about making a work from home policy or set of guidelines, it's important to know that circumstances are going to change. There might be new laws, or new technology, or global politics will change, or weather patterns. So it's important that you track your performance, and make sure that you're listening to your people and your stakeholders, so that your policy continues to serve you. It's also important to make sure that you revisit your policy annually, just to make sure that it still continues to serve its purpose.
