- [Interviewer] I dig it. And finally at the reflect step, is it now? - [Respondent] Yeah, this idea of reflect comes from I think from being steeped in, in building technology products for so long. And we talk so much about having hypotheses about what might happen when we build a product and then, and then launching it and trying to measure what happens. This idea that we're going to run an experiment and what will measure. I mean it's basic scientific method stuff. But the challenge I think with a lot of these systems people talk about, people like me talk about for doing things. Or lot of the studies that we hear about, a lot of the science that we hear about. Is it it's, it might be credible when I read about a scientific study but I'm not going to really really really believe it until I know it's true for me.
