(soft music) (whooshing) - Welcome back. In this module, you'll learn why proper training methods are so important to the supervisor, the associate and the organization. We'll look at the types of training problems that can arise when people are insufficiently trained. We'll also look at two specific training methods that are common despite the fact they can lead to problems. All right, let's take a moment to talk about why training is so important. Think about some of the problems that might be experienced in your organization and see if they're similar to common problems throughout industry. Accidents, late deliveries, firefighting, defects, paperwork, errors, and rework just to name a few are common problems.
