- We've received more feedback today than at any other time in history. Constantly, we receive feedback on our posts from likes shares, retweets, comments. We get a lot of feedback, but there is a balance in the quality and the quantity of feedback that we receive, and this is why it's so important to be intentional about finding a feedback balance. Low level feedback is given frequently, but often, in a rushed and superficial manner. These include the abundance of likes that flood our push notifications. They give us bare bones feedback and are often taken with a grain of salt. We give and receive a plethora of low level feedback every day. This can be valuable in consistent overview snapshot ideas of driving excellent performance. While we value continuous low level feedback, we must also take the time to give high level quality feedback. High level quality feedback is specific and personal and very intentional.…
