- While running a non-profit, I founded to develop leaders through challenges. I got to take a group of students to the Bahamas for a sailing adventure. The first day aboard our 64-foot vessel, one student was nominated to captain the trip. This student would be responsible for leading the crew as we sailed between islands. The catch?
