- As a leader, I'm sure that both you and your company are strong on finding solutions to problems, but how good are you at determining what your true problems are? Surveys of over 100 C-suite executives indicate that 85% agreed that their companies were weak at diagnosing problems and 87% agreed that this weakness had significant negative effects.
