- Contact details aren't always available. Sometimes they're not on the prospect's company website, their LinkedIn page, their personal social media channels, and the gatekeeper doesn't want to tell you. Now, if this happens, all we can do is make assumptions as to what their contact details are. And we can usually do that for an email address. So how can we successfully guess an email address? There are so many variables. It seems impossible. Well, it's tricky, but it's far from impossible. So our first port of call is to find any email addresses that we know are correct. That could be a generic info@company.com email address that they have on their website or the email address of someone who works there, but not our prospect.
