- [Instructor] Now, moving on to pre-foreclosures and notice of default, which is called also referred to as NODs. I just want to say that these are filed when a lender is about to foreclose on a property, and it's public information and pretty easy to obtain in our market. There's a business publication that will make this information available every single week. And now there's also what's called a 30-60-90 day list. That is not publicly available, so there is a difference. Now, 30-60-90, that that means people are 30, 60, 90 days late on their mortgage. However, they have not received a notice of default yet. A notice of default list and also what's called a lis pendens, again, that is made publicly available, so there is a difference between the two. So, the best place to find pre-foreclosures and NOD lists are your accounting record offices. And usually, they're filed electronically these days, but they may not be in…
