- Lastly, creating the right forms. You want to create the right forms to help you synthesize. The right meetings, the right people around those tables. The right information updates and status. For me, this starts with a staff meeting. I have a regular staff meeting once a week, lasts three hours. It's every Tuesday, and it's the nerve center of our executive team. QBRs, which we talked about earlier. This is the nerve center for the company. This is how we see the various business and product lines continue to evolve and grow, and where they need help, and where they're focused. Make sure their vision to values is aligned with the company's vision to values. We have strategy reviews: use to do it roughly every other week. Sometimes it's more like three weeks. Product reviews, which happen regularly. Team offsites: So we make sure to pull back and pull up, catch our breath, spend some time with one another, connect, and think bigger and longer-term. So creating the right forms is all about cadence. It's all about what altitude you want to fly at.
